The most important insight I received is the importance of taking
into consideration the changing of the seasons and its impact on what types or
in-room customization clients would require.
Additionally, the ability to get food items that are specific to the
needs of customers was also highlighted.
Amenities such as gyms and spas was also noted as an important
factor.
