INDUSTRY: Rewrite

I elected to rewrite the industry reflection section as this area would synthesize the comments of my peers who responded to the NAICS code posting.  My reason for responding to this section are:

1.  I received one comment posted in this section.
2.  The other post was a response to the NAICS code posting, thus I believe it is appropriate to respond in the reflection section since the reflection serves as a summary of all components. 
3.  One of the feedback post addressed the issue of the possibility that the concept could be copied by other firms, and I believe I can address this issue appropriately in this section. 
4.In my original reflection, I only listed the approximate number of US customers for the lodging industry.  I updated this to include the approximate number of US and international travelers. 

Rewrite

As noted in the original post, the magnitude of customers in that utilize lodging facilities is enormous.  For example, Americans account for over 65 million of travelers while the industry as a whole caters to over 100 million national and international travelers on an annual basis.  I appreciated the comments provided by my peers.  Most importantly, I value the comment of my peer who indicated that I could allow my guests to customize their guestroom via a web link.  I will incorporate this idea into my concept.  Finally, in response to my peer regarding  others copying the concept, unfortunately services and design concepts such as those germane in the lodging industry cannot be patented.  As such, elements of the servicescape is used as key differentiation factors.
