In general, based on the interviews conducted, the following were uncovered:

The decision to purchase lodging accommodations for the targeted segment was based on convenience of location, accessibility to place of work, shopping and attractions.  The purchase decisions were made through travel intermediaries and purchases are made between 2-six weeks prior to usage/consumption.

  1. Hi Lenny,

    It seems like your responses are very uniform among all of your interviewees. I would suggest further research regarding demographics, just in case your responses my be skewed due to your location. Where I live, everybody seems to work on their own vehicles, but in New York, this is probably not the case. So, I would conduct further research to make sure all customers responses are accurate, and to do that I would do more interviews.
