The most interesting insight from the interview is the use of several alternatives to reduce bottlenecks in the service delivery system for my venture.  This bottleneck occurs at check-in.  Ms. Jung suggested the use of mobile devices for check-ins which would reduce the amount of guests checking in person at the front desk, the point of potential bottlenecks.  Checking in/registering groups at a location other than at the front desk was also a very useful insight provided.  I felt good during the interview process which underscored the need for good listening skills as my interviewee spoke very softly.
