I did not find it difficult to describe my customers’ problem and propose a solution. I believe this is due to the fact that I am familiar with the problem and proposed solutions based on my daily work experience. However, while I am aware of the trends driving the proposed solutions, currently, it is challenging finding accurate and reliable statistical data such as customer-related data to justify development of the concept. Although I am always open to ideas that can improve outcomes, at this point, I am comfortable with the proposed solution.
