  1. I guess your target market needs to be defined. If I am traveling for work, I really don't care how its arranged. If I have to take the time to arrange it, I will not stay there. However if its family and fun, then yea, I can see myself take extra time to really customize it. Especially if I have wife.

  2. Your service is definitely an 'extra service'. Who will not be your customers for this venture because in your summary problem/solution post you briefly mentioned a particular customer: celebrities. How do you know that that is what that really desire? What if that is being taken care of by the producers or agents and the like. It makes me think of an expensive version of an Air BnB. I would look into what celebrities are doing for accommodations and why they choose those places. If only celebrities how will you fill the rooms to meet the overhead.

I know that this can feel like I am tearing down your idea but I am just wondering. I do see the trend for more 'homey' hotel experiences, ie. Air BnB. I just wonder if you approach it differently. Instead of a having a building where you can change the interior design collect a consortium of homes of different styles and rent them out to visiting celebrities. There are hundreds of homes that are extravagant but no one is living in them year round. Maybe develop an Gold Level version of Air BnB.
