History, Concept, Mission &
Objectives
Chamaeleo Proprie, the proposed hotel will be a 100 guestroom facility located in Smyrna,
Georgia. The property is anticipated to
open in 2018 and is expected to feature an outdoor pool, bar/lounge, business
center, food and beverage and meeting facilities, a spa and a fitness
center. The hotel will only operate the
rooming functions of the facility since all services and facilities will be
outsourced. The proposed hotel will sit
on an attractive site that is easily accessible from major highways and roads
and is located in an upscale suburban neighborhood, in close proximity to
downtown Atlanta. Sources of demand for the property include guests requiring
extended stays, and as such, the hotel will target members of the sports and
entertainment industry as well as commercial travelers requiring extended
stays. Unlike existing extended stay facilities, the hotel will provide guests with the option of customizing
or personalizing their guestroom by selecting from four different color themes.
The concept grew out
of the need for the travelling public, particularly extended stay customers (guests
staying at a hotel for periods exceeding ten days) from the entertainment community
wanting the ability to customize their living space-the guestroom and make it
feel like home during such stays. Having
worked in hotel development for some time, it has been brought to my attention on
several occasions that clients, particularly high paying clients are requesting
the ability to customize their guestrooms during hotel stay.
The mission of the company is: “To provide personalized experiences for our guests”
The main objectives are:
1.
To be recognized as
the premier hotel company for providing exceptional customizable services
2.
Create memorable experiences
for all stakeholders by satisfying the needs, wants and desires of our
discriminating customers.
3.
To conduct business in
an ethical manner
Value Proposition
