I think your idea is interesting for targeting customers who are planning extended stays. You mention interviewing those involved with the Atlanta meeting and entertainment industry as they are your primary target. Are you also planing to interview your downstream customer - the travelers?
ReplyDeleteAs far as your questions are concerned, I like that they are worded to accommodate the traveler or someone else involved in the travel process. I think questions six and seven are speculation questions regarding the future - these types of questions are hard as they are asking someone to predict the future; which is not an easy feat. You could ask them if they have selected a guestroom in the past based on personal touches that suited their taste or if the price was the most important factor?
